I am a ceramicist living in and taking inspiration from The Lake District, as well as The Solway Firth and the Hebrides. Inspired by a memory of a place, the beauty of these places frequently influence my practice.

I consider form and finish to be of equal importance. The pieces are thrown on a potters wheel, often slip decorated and glazed in a natural palette of colour.

I studied BA Glass and Ceramics at The National Glass Centre, where I graduated with a first class degree.
